super clean and very modern. we had a warm welcome, and honestly this was the first place during our stay in Iceland which was not over heated and I had an amizing sleep. Location is also perfect easy to access, and parking is okay on the street.

Never saw any staff as key was available in a coded key box. No breakfast at this guest house but a very nice shared kitchen where you could make your meals.
