The personal was veeeeeeery friendly. We talk about many thinks togheter and the personal make that you fells great there. We lost something in milano and the personal organize very fast so that he can find it and he find it also ! The view from the hotel was also very nice. The hole Hotel was very very beautiful ! Pleasant stay near metro station (less than 5 minutes walk). Spotless room, perfect for staying in Milan to explore it and surroundings. Responsive and great host, got also few recommendations about our trip outside of Milan. Good breakfast every day offering yogurt, jam, croissants, vegetables and fruits, omelette, bread, tea/coffee.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved our stay! We stayed at MyMilano for three nights and everything was truly excellent. The room was very spacious and everything — both in the bedroom and the bathroom — was modern and stylish. Everything was extremely clean, and housekeeping came every day while we were out. When we returned, the room was spotless, the towels had been changed, and everything was perfectly in order. Any small issues we had were quickly and kindly taken care of by the staff. Their service was fast and professional. Honestly, we have only good things to say — nothing but gratitude! If I ever return to Milan, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
