Sabrina the hots was great, very smiley and wonderful, ready for everything. The breakfast was great, everything there and you could even have cappuccino upon request. Everything was new and very clean. The location was in the middle of the nature, weher you could feel the freedom. Sabrina and Sergio were a great couple, ready for you in every moment. A one-room apartment on the ground floor of a building in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in the hills 2-3 kilometers from Matelica. The place is quite spacious and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bed is comfortable. A slightly larger shower would be nice. The Wi-Fi is good. The host is friendly and helpful. We were also visited by a group of curious cats. Overall, it's a nice place for modest price. Good choice for a few days' stay and a trip to the Grotte di Frasassi, the magnificent caves located just a 20-minute drive away.
