The staff was extremely helpful, guiding us step by step at the arrival. The room was very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was especially pleasant, wide variety of vegan and homemade options. Staff present during breakfast was very friendly and helped us with planning our trip on lake. Wonderfully quiet location in a lovely park with private parking (there is no reception, you have to agree on your arrival time beforehand and call when you are in front of the gate - they will open it for you and provide you with a beeper and the keys). Newly renovated, very nice ambiance. Nice bathrooms. Good reading lights by the bed. If you have a room with A/C, it's blissfully quiet and not one of those noisy units. There is no breakfast service, but there is a stylish kitchen with a coffee maker, fridge, oven, microwave, etc; also there is a shared sitting room and ample space outside in the park. Lots of privacy, a bar for breakfast is just around the corner.
