Location perfect to wander gentle 10-15 minute walk into the historical centre of Ostuni. Free, safe, secluded parking adjacent to property at end of the street where the property is situated at a dead-end turning square with an enclosing surrounding wall. Had no concerns at all about leaving hire car there. The property is in a quiet, residential street just off a main road with only vehicles of the various residents accessing the street. It is at the end of the street. Inside is the deceiving secret; from the outside it appears a fairly average property but Ana Maria has tastefully furnished the interior throughout with modern, elegant fixtures and fittings. The tiling and paintwork all appear brand new. The kitchen/dining area are modern, fully equipped and has everything needed for a self-catered stay. The bedroom is spacious with a very comfy double bed with lovely linen. The room is bright and tastefully tiled and decorated. There is a huge walk-in closet to hang clothes or fold items on shelves and has a full length mirror inside. Again, the spacious shower room is tastefully furnished in modern, bright fixtures and has a great roomy shower; beautiful towels and toiletries were provided. Usual teas and coffee cartridges were provided for the electric coffee make. The usual wrapped brekky pastries, cereals, jams and chocolate spread was provided but the real highlight was Ana Maria dropping by every morning at 8am with a large jar of fresh plain yoghurt to go with the cereals and a warm Puglia pasticciotto breakfast cream filled pastry cake fresh from the bakery...delicious! Electric shutters when closed keep the room cool and dark for sleeping or a pm riposo and there wasn't a sound from outside. Ana Maria's lovely mother-in-law tends to the outside border flower beds and was a typically warm Italian nonna for a wee chat with and she even tolerated my very poor Italian with a kind smile!

Beautiful cave, it was a really unique experience. The jacuzzi was fantastic. The hosts were so helpful and seemed to have thought of everything you need and more! They really went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

If I could, I would've given this property a 1000 rate. Spectacular and beautiful property, welcoming and friendly staff, big room and bathroom. The pool is big and not crowded at all. The food is delicious - both dinner and breakfast. Out of this world. The whole experience of staying in the masseria gives you privacy, relax and time to spend quality times with your significant other as well time to bond with each other. A mini oasis I would say... Will definitely recommend this property to my family and friends.

Apart from the beautiful peaceful location and the huge well equipped gardens and the comfortable beds,, the staff , in particular the host Antonio, were so wonderful. Antonio did so much to make our stay comfortable, lifts to the station organising car hire etc. recommending trips and restaurants. I have never known such a kind and helpful hotel manager. The restaurant with its lovely view also served fantastic breakfasts. Seriously one of the best hotels in the world. Certainly in Italy

    Immaculate rooms, stylish decor and beautiful pictures of Ostuni. Lovely spacious kitchen area for guests to use during the stay. Simone was a great host, good communication, full of info and happy to give recommendations. Delicious breakfast which changed daily pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurts, hams and cheese and fab scrambled eggs on last day. Amazing quiet roof terrace and small gym. Near a park and a few minutes from the historical centre.

    A charming building set in pretty gardens. Very quiet despite being on a relatively busy road. Excellent breakfast from home grown produce. Obliging and approachable host, although he resides off site. Convenient for visiting Ostuni, Caravigno, Martina Franca and surrounding cities.

    Oltre gli Ulivi has an excellent breakfast with freshly baked pastries/cakes/tarts, fresh fruit and fruit juice all served in a beautiful terrace. It is important to note that Oltre gli Ulivi is located in the countryside and is surrounded by olive groves. While you cannot walk anywhere, its location makes for a very quiet and relaxing place while being close to Ostuni and other places nearby with excellent choices for restaurants.

    Perfect location, 5minutes walk into Ostuni city centre. Clean home with aircon. I asked well in advance about parking and Paolo kindly reserved his private garage. Paolo also put on an excellent breakfast. Your private bathroom is easy to access outside your room. Paolo has thoughtfully added a curtain in the hallway between your room and the one other B&B room which has their own ensuite. Paolo was lovely and friendly, sharing many local tips. I would definitely stay again.
