We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Everyone enjoyed it. The hotel is new, well renovated. Manuela met us the day we arrived, put us up, gave us a map and told us about the main attractions, beaches, etc. We arrived by car, the large and convenient parking lot in front of the hotel is free. The hotel is located on a mountain, it was convenient to get there by car. I think it would be difficult to get there without a car. But the hotel has a great view of the sunrise and sunset. Price and quality of the hotel: 10 out of 10 points. Breakfast is tasty and adequate. The rooms are clean. The place is quiet, there is a lawn where children can play. There are 3 rooms in the hotel. Perfect for company and 100% for those traveling on motorcycles. We stayed in a 4 bed room on the second floor, 2 rooms, balcony, windows overlooking the mountains and Lake Como. Wifi was excellent. There was a spiral staircase leading up to our room, which was a bit difficult with a large suitcase. The room had a kettle, small fridge, tea and coffee. This was our second time at Lake Como, so we chose this hotel to be able to see Lake Como from both sides, and it worked. I am sure this hotel would be a pleasure to return to. We wish prosperity and success to the family that runs this hotel.

Wow wow wow! What a truly amazing place, with who I can only describe as the best hosts I have ever come across. The building itself has been restored with amazing respect to its history. With the modern touches and requirements subtly integrated into the historical spirit of the building. The location is absolutely perfect for travelling around the lake and the village as a very interesting history. Another mention to Giovanna and Doriana is truly deserved. As hosts they are incredible to the point that you actually look forward to seeing them in the morning and evenings. They are willing to offer tips on what to do. They also have such interesting stories about Italy and their lives, that was a pleasure to listen to. Tia the dog is a lovely addition, and so friendly. We will be back for sure in the future! One of the best stays we have had.

Beautiful place, view, room, decor, etc. Lovely host and she prepared the best homemade breakfast. Yogurt, bread, tea, jam, cheese. A sweet beach nearby walking distance. Just a lovely stay :)

The property was unique and very interesting . Lots of old artefacts in the room and we had access to other rooms (that were communal.. but nobody else was using) . Particularly nice was a little balcony, covered in honeysuckle where we were able to drink our morning coffee !
