Communication was excellent before and during my stay. The access process with a code is very straightforward and means that you can’t lose a key/card or lock yourself out. Just make sure to memorise the code! The apartment is centrally located and close to all tourist attractions in Turin. It is on a street with a tram but I really didn’t hear it much of it at all. The room is in a beautiful, old, historical building which was so charming and makes you feel like you are living like a local! The area felt very safe which is so important to me as a solo female traveller. The room itself has been renovated while still retaining the original charm. It was spacious and was just the right temperature. The bed was comfortable and it’s such a treat to have a little balcony! The fridge and microwave is much appreciated! The shower was very good and all towels in the bathroom were clean, perfectly white and really soft. The thing that surprised me the most was that I wasn’t expecting it to be cleaned at all during my stay as most apartment style lettings are not usually cleaned during a short stay in my experience. Therefore it was the most pleasant surprise to return to the room after the first day and see how well it had been cleaned and tidied! The floor had been mopped and everything. Immaculate! I was so impressed with the housekeeping every day. They even replaced the fresh drinking water in the fridge each day. There is a good supermarket downstairs which was really handy. Highly recommend Urban Relais. Grazie!

Monica was an incredible host, so helpful in letting us know about restaurants in the local area, breakfast in the morning was accommodating to the time we wanted, it was homemade, fresh and vegan. Room was spacious and the bed was so comfy and huge. Lovely area to sit at a desk and a balcony too. Highly recommend to any friend. There is a friendly cat Emma also who is super cute.

The communication with the owner was pleasant, and we were happy to do a phone check-in since our train was a little late. Everything looked even better from the moment we came to the flat than in the photos. We enjoyed small welcome boxes with refreshments. It was really lovely and had a personalized touch that other apartments have lacked :) The beds were comfy, it was amazing that the flat had two separate bathrooms which helped us girls to get ready faster in the morning. I loved that we could have more than one towel per person and toiletries were present (shower gel, toothpaste, and toothbrush 🙌 Also hairdryer, ironing board, and iron added a homey feeling. 🏡 We liked the calmer neighborhood that helped us rest well. It was nice that the flat had air conditioning since it was quite hot in the morning. Overall it was a really pleasant stay and the best accommodation we had during this trip to Turin ❤

It was a great experience. Easy check in. Lorenzo was waiting for me in the entrance of the building. The room is inside an apartment with the entrance being the common area and kitchen. The breakfast is more like a 24hr snack bar situated in the kitchen with coffee, juice,tea prepackaged sweet and salty snacks.For me was perfect to take something on the go so I didn't miss any time sightseeing. The room was impeccable, really clean, everything was new , with amenities like dental kit,body wash and basic slippers.I even had housekeeping for my 2night stay there.I work in the hotel industry and I cannot strech enough how positively surprised I was. Lorenzo also recommended some restaurants when asked by me .one was the amazing bogianen pizzeria piemontese for really good pizza just around the corner . I also recommended near by Aria Gelateria which is the creameast gelato you will ever have. Location is nice next to cinema museum longest distance was porta nuova 25-30min walk, everything is really close by for sightseeing. Only improvement I would suggest is to put a luggage rack in the room for when they are two people staying but again is not necessary.
