Everything was just perfect! The place is run by a caring and lovely family that was always willing to help us with anything - arranging motorbike rent etc. Also the owner is probably the best chef in the world, all the dishes we tried in the restaurant were amazing. Bungalows are super clean and cozy. The place itself is located nearby the river in beautiful surrounding, just a step to the Cambodian countryside. Can highly recommend! 10/10 💚

Amazing location, right at one of the prettiest beaches. Good moterbike rental. Nice staff. Restaurant ok. Tent pretty good. Bathrooms felt clean. No hot water, but normal on the islands.

The place is really good for quality-price. The family who own the house is really friendly and helpful. The room and the common areas are big and nice. Top tier guest house on the island! The rooms are super clean and comfortable and the house is perfectly located, very close to the beach but far enough so that heavy winds are not too noticeable. Andrew makes the best coffees and creates a very warm, homelike atmosphere. We ended up extending our stay multiple times and during our two weeks here we had family dinners nearly every night (taking turns with who cooks each evening). It’s hard to say goodbye to such a wonderful place and people. Thank you Andrew for making this such a memorable part of our trip! Always happy to come back to Mpai Bai. We'll definitely come back for more!
