This is an actual old house, or hanok, of classic Korean heritage. How can it get any cooler than that? It was really cute and got these vibes like you're actually in the countryside as a kid, but for some reason you're a Korean kid. Bed was nice, the host is stellar. Just the best. She was in contact with us the whole time and gave us a lot of instructions to find her home, which is tucked away inside an old town, but is really just a throw away from a bus stop.

We stayed near the centre of Andong for one night and this was the perfect base to explore from, as it is only a few minutes walk from the main centre of the city. Andong is quite difficult to explore without a car but we found that the guest house was reasonably walkable to the main attraction of Andong folk village - around an hour on flat ground. Taxi from Hahoe village, where we started the previous night was around £20. We were met outside the guesthouse and were warmly greeted and introduced to the facilities such as wifi and refrigerated water. The room was in an ondol style and was very cosy with a wooden interior and a comfy bed. The bathroom was in wet room style with a shower above the sink, the ceilings are low in the bathroom but the water pressure was good and it did not feel cramped. Check in and check out were straightforward and accessing the property at any time was simple.

I had a really nice stay. The place is beautiful, comfortable and very comfy. The staff is amazing and the cats are so cute. I would go back there.

It was our privilege to be able to stay in this amazing, historical accommodation. It was very quiet and relaxing, and we slept great. Breakfast was delicious. Seunghwan, the owner, and his family went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and they even gave us a few rides around the area, for what we are really grateful. We will always remember and cherish this experience, and hopefully come back in the future once again. 감사합니다

The best experience I had in Korea! Me and my family wanted to experience traditional staying in Hanok house in Korea since we are enthusiastic about Korean Traditional Culture. The owner received us in the evening and showed us to our room. The experience of sleeping in the traditional futon sheets and experience the Ondol system( which warms up the floor) was amazing. I felt as if I traveled back in time. In the morning we had a delicious Korean breakfast with soup, meat patties, japchae and some persimmons from the owners yard. Afterwards, the owner showed us the house and talked about his family's heritage. The most exciting part was when he showed us amazing clothing and accessories from more than 200 years ago. I super recommend 👌

An immaculately presented and thoroughly modern hotel. The amenities are top tier, the room clean and spacious, and the breakfast simple, delicious and filling. What you get for the price is well worthwhile, I would even say it's quite cheap for this standard of hotel - we've stayed in worse hotels for double the price we paid! Only 45 minutes to the famous Jjimdak Alley via the Music Fountain and a 1-hour scenic forest stroll to Woryeonggyo Bridge, highly recommended for a comfortable and luxurious stay!

This guesthouse is very friendly! And they serve breakfast. After Covid19, breakfast is a very rare stuff in korean guesthouses. They have very beautiful and comfy interior, you can have a good rest after a long walking day. The location is perfect. The guesthouse is located near the famous woryenggyo bridge. You can visit Bridge at nighttime and in the early morning. Also, it is near downtown and the market where you can try local food. The guesthouse owner gave good suggestions where to eat. Also, he made for us karaoke party. They have all the stuff for karaoke. It was a really nice experience! I think this place is worth visiting, especially for a solo traveler. And the owner is bts fun! So Armies can meet good friend!
