Vert Nice Family inn, very professional looking. The room was very spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished. The inn is completely independent from the host house, the privacy is appreciated. The host Lydia was more than kind and helpful. Breakfast was of highest quality and quite big portions. The location is perfect , very well connected to public transportation and only 30 minutes from Utrecht University. Restaurants, bars and shops are near 10 minutes walking distance.I will come back for sure.

Kasteel Sterkenburg was a dream! We were made to feel at home straight away by our wonderful hosts. The Kasteel and it’s surroundings are nothing short of breathtaking. Inside, we were mesmerised by all the art and artifacts with plenty a good book to peruse. Breakfast was divine and nothing was too much trouble for our comedic and charismatic hosts. The room is beautifully styled and the color scheme is fully integrated even the cups match the style. The bed is very comfortable, there is a coffee machine and little kitchen. The house is in the middle of the centre but not noisy at night. All you need is present (think high quality shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and even a bathrobe). The contact was quick and very helpful and friendly. We would come back and will recommend the location further.

Comfortable, warm and has everything you need for a short stay. The most important thing is that there are sweet, gorgeous pigs, sheep and deer literally right outside your door. The animals are clearly loved and have plenty of space to roam around, but will also come up to have a look, sniff or even pet when you come outside.
