They accept us earlier that the normal check in time and let us have a late check out.Two very gentle young guys welcomed us and a very nice lady Kaouther treated us like kings, not only for the breakfast but also for the cleaning of the room. Spacious room, excellent decorating, traditionally modern hotel, new building, with swimming pool, located near the medina and the surrounding oasis.Strongly recommended!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was cozy and comfortable and had a great view on the pool and garden area. It was peaceful and quiet and exactly what we were looking for.

Taieb and Fatima looked after me so well during my stay. Taieb solved all the issues that I had with my travel regarding transport back to Tunis and day tours in the local area. Fatima went to great lengths to provide for my food preferences (vegetarian) and cooked special meals for me. They were also able to assist with getting some laundry done as well as maps and general advice about walking around the local area. My room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. I felt completely at home and like a friend as well as a guest. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, meeting Taieb and Fatima and all the other guests.

The staff and house The owner was really kind and friendly. He speaks really good English so you don’t have to worry about the language barrier. Of course, the house was nice and clean. The atmosphere at the house was comfortable!!!

The bungalows is a special place, in a palm grove. You feel like you are entering a different world, silent and beautiful. The one room apartment is new which is great because it means everything inside is new too and very well functioning. The ambience is cozy and chic, without being pretentious. A small kitchen corner with a fridge was very appreciated by us. There is heating/cooler to adjust the temperature to your own preferences, if needed. And outside is just wonderful. There are only palms all around for the cultivation of dates. And a pool that makes the atmosphere even more magic.. and can always be used to take a bath! We were a couple with a 3 year old kid who enjoyed running around the property a lot. We were very spoiled during the whole stay by the owner. He was able to accommodate all our needs with grace and warmth and at the same time to leave us our privacy. The place is 5 min away on foot to a spot where you can rent a dromedary for a walk or the quad for a drive. It is perfect to enjoy the sunset too! Going the other way, you can walk toward the center of Tozour (which is not super close on foot but you can reach it very quickly on a carriage!). With a 10 min walk you can also reach a lovely museum on the history of the country which I would recommend. Ah and in front of the bungalows there is a lovely cafe, where you can get several different beverages. Beautiful spot too to relax !!

Felt very safe and secluded, all staff members were super friendly and helpful. The owner came and greeted us each morning and breakfast was lovely. Wish we had longer. ☺️

The hotel is just beautiful. All the photos are like in reality so you won’t be surprised. The building is historic and has plenty of tiny rooms and doors like in a castle. There’s a library and in the courtyard there’s a pool with a turtle. Owners were friendly and spoke good English. Breakfast was also nice.

Great guesthouse with nice room, a rooftop and pool. Comfortable outdoor lounge area downstairs and very helpful staff. The guesthouse also offers guided tours and we can highly recommend Said if you like high speed desert adventures! Really the highlight of our stay. It’s a bit far to the city centre if you don’t have a car, about 30min, but if you’re looking for something a bit cheaper in Touzeur we can definitely recommend it!
