The guesthouse has a perfect location in district one, close to everything and still on a very quiet side street. The owner speaks excellent English and is truly welcoming and helpful. She gave us a map with places of interest (sights, food, shopping) specifically marked and drew a recommended walking tour on the map for us. She gave us some outstanding tips for the food, including breakfast, and stored a bag with our warm clothes for free until our return for the last night of our trip to Vietnam.

Annie’s house felt like a home from home! They welcomed you in with a fruit platter and orange juice on arrival (which after a lengthy transfer it was needed!) Annie and family helped us with so many things, they went above and beyond as hosts and the breakfast was lush! Many free breakfasts in Vietnam haven’t matched this standard yet! The beds were comfortable, not like the rocks were used to sleeping on! I’m so happy we chose this place for our accommodation!

Good location, easy access, central but quiet enough that the big city noise won’t disturb you. Friendly staff, exceptional service. Nice room, really no weakness. Projector with Netflix, YouTube was the cherry on the cake.

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! It’s just a short walk from the center and various lively streets, yet the area is quiet and peaceful. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe. The host was incredibly helpful, he accommodated my early check-in and allowed me to leave my backpack after check-out. I truly appreciate the hospitality and highly recommend this place!

April is such an amazing host! She met us at our Grab at 1:30 am, helped us with our bags and showed us to our room. She gave us yummy fruit and her little dogs were so cute and fun to pet. The room has everything you need. The balcony is really nice and everything was super clean and comfy. I thought the location might be a bit out of the way but it’s actually perfect. It was nice to not be in the center of the tourist area but still very close. There’s even a vegetarian restaurant right around the corner. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.
