The property was stunningly beautiful. It is set on an avocado and macadamia nut farm with an outstanding garden surrounding the main building and suites. The suites have private living rooms with fireplaces and the bedrooms are very spacious. The accommodations overall were exquisite.

Ashbourne is a truly idyllic place. Everything is designed so beautifully, you feel like you’re staying in a charming old house but with all of the modern amenities. and very nice touches such as garden showers and baths if you choose. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking, with lots of rolling green hills to look out over the horizon. Rob and Dawn are so welcoming and very helpful in giving you insights about out of the way places to visit in the area. All the meals were delicious, using only fresh ingredients skillfully prepared—including home baked bread. I can’t wait to go back!

Adele was great and super helpful. The food is lovely and really good value. Highly recommend - not sure why its 3 stars.. don't let that put you off.. it's 5 star accommodation, host, food, location and pool.

It truly was a house in Woodlands in every meaning :). Rooms are equipped with everything you need. Just a 15 min drive to the Kruger park. The manager Tracey is very kind and accommodating! Thanks a lot for everything - we truly enjoyed it!

    Everything still new. Huge room and bathroom. Balcony with view. Comfy bed and good shower. Frig and kettle. Quiet. Gated and safe. Staff fine. Close to park entrance It was one of the cheaper options around. Cable TV with lots of channels. Breakfast not over the top which I prefer.

    The place was very nice, private and quiet. Located in a good place closer to many attractions. Breakfast was fantastic the best thanks. Staff was so Lovely including Penny. Above all enjoyed our stay.
