The Lightstation Studio has stunning views of the light station from your room. Where to start... ? It was the most wonderful experience. A stunning setting (the Studio has a particularly good view of the lighthouse from the day bed at the front). So peaceful in the evening and marvelous NOT to have emails/phone etc to disturb the peace and tranquility of the setting on a beautiful autumn evening. Given the limitation of an historic building the studio provided excellent and very comfortable accommodation with a charm quite unique. A perfect breakfast of muesli, toast, marmalade (delicious) etc was provided on a linen covered tray, with teas, coffee and milk all available. Wallabies grazing in the evening and early morning... what more....? It was simply magical.

There is an open plan kitchen dining and lounge area with uninterupted views of the ocean, harbour and Apollo bay township. Very nice location with big common space: kitchen and living room. Big terrace with beautiful view. Kangaroos are eating grass in the morning and afternoon next to the house. There is beautiful view on the ocean. The best place to stay on the Great Ocean Road.
