Set in Pelt, in a historic building, 33 km from C-Mine, B&B Huis Spaas is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with a garden and bar. Boasting private check-in and check-out, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The property offers services including meeting and banquet facilities and walking tours. The host was really friendly and helpful. The house is a beautiful, grand, old building with high ceilings, gorgeous interior and huge garden. The bedroom was enormous with comfortable bed, and lovely, traditional windows. Whilst the ensuite is behind a screen in the same room (not my personal favourite), the fittings are nice and shower was great. Breakfast was delicious with cooked to order eggs and bacon, a lovely selection of breads, cakes, jams (including 'homemade'), pastries, fresh oj, endless coffee, etc. Delicious! The area is very quiet, it's just off the canal/cycle route (there were touring cyclists staying too) and there's a small selection of bars and eateries. Pelt has a good selection of restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

At the bed and breakfast, some units are fitted with a coffee machine and wine or champagne. Amazing historic building, excellently and expertly restored with an appealing clean and modern interior. A unique and quite place directly located next to an - also restored - windmill. The parking is on the B&B grounds. We stayed in the room ‚De Binnenplaats‘, very cozy, with everything needed including air condition and a mini terasse with 2 chairs, a table and a parasol. Matrassess are very good so that we had a real good night‘s sleep. We can highly recommend to also book the breakfast: it was a perfect start into the day with Cappuccino, fresh fruit and yoghurt, granola, boiled egg, cheese, ham, marmelade etc etc etc. If the weather allows, breakfast is on the front terrasse. Big thanks to the super nice hosts !

Very quiet location and spacious room with a seating area and table, air con, tea/coffee/mini bar and smart TV. Very comfortable bed and modern bathroom with a large shower. Breakfast was unbelievably fantastic.. love the concept of being delivered to our door in a picnic basket... Loads of ham, cheese, eggs, bread, pastries, jams and spreads and a fresh pot of coffee. Id definitely recommend as a relaxing and convey place to stay and we'll certainly stay again if visiting the area. Thank you ❤️

The property is around 34 km from Bokrijk, 49 km from Bobbejaanland and 50 km from Toverland. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. Excellent! home away from home. We had a lovely stay.like a B&B supposed to be. Not a hotel but that is just the point of staying here. and not in a overcrowded hotel.

The bed and breakfast provides a spa experience, with its spa facilities, wellness packages and steam room. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. This was a wonderful place to stay, so relaxing and blissful with the beautiful surrounds and immaculate decor. The host was lovely, very helpful and welcoming. The spa was absolutley amazing and we made the most of it - highly reccomended!

At the bed and breakfast, all units come with bed linen and towels. The room and bathroom were so nicely done. There was also a work space and small balcony. The host/couple was so nice and welcoming. They did everything to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional - we did not want to leave. The location is good - close to Maastricht. We would like to return.
