Room very spacious and decorated in line with the period of the house and well kitted with everything, including a mini-fridge and a mobile heater. Good internet! Very big bathroom, fitted with both shower and bathtub and with a generous selection of lotions and bath soaks. The breakfast had a good variety of food, a cold-buffet type, with a range of teas and coffees. All self-serving, just make-your-own.

Sooo quiet and peaceful with no cars in the village. The other guests were lovely -- all hikers walking the SW coast path.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom was lovely and spacious. Breakfast offered a lot of choice and the foot was great. The couple who run the place were also lovely. There is a sister hotel just 100m down the road where you can also order an evening meal, which gave us generous portions. I also love the honesty bar. It felt very homely and more like an apartment as we also had use of the guest lounge as well. Would thoroughly recommend.
