We were worried about Saturday night rooms attached to a pub, but the recent remodel must have included excellent sound proofing. We never heard the pub at all. There were 4 very happy people right outside our open window at 2am, when I politely asked them to move down the street, they did so with good cheer😎. The included breakfast was quite good, and the pizza we had in the pub was pretty good too. Good place to stay.

The breakfast was first class and the owner even took us back over to local hotel to collect our car.. such a lovely family
