The room and bathroom are decorated with style. The breakfast is very good with large selection of pastries and snacks. Bus is just outside and goes directly to Heuston train station and the Liffey Valley shopping center. So convenient! Will definitely come back if I need to go to Dublin again.

The place is situated in a lovely neighborhood, a bit far from the centre of Dublin, but there are plenty of buses and trains you can catch to get there quickly. I suggest you to get a Visitor Leap Card in order to save time and money! The neighborhood is also extremely quiet at any time of the day and it felt very safe even late at night. The host is very kind and patient, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and she also gave us many useful tips and recommendations. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We shared the bathroom with a permanent guest but we've never actually met him and he kept everything spotless so it felt like we weren't actually sharing anything. Highly recommended!
