Dalkey may be a small town but the people have the biggest hearts. Jimmy took care of us during our 6 day stay and the live music was great. Even a surprise ukulele practice session was wonderful. Food we think was superb. Already planning a return trip to the Coliemore and Dalkey! I have a new favourite drink Ginger Beer with bitters, love it!
