The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning and added a peaceful touch to the whole experience. All shared facilities were in excellent condition, and the atmosphere in the house was quiet and comfortable. Overall, a lovely and relaxing stay. A great base for exploring the Westfjords, and we’d happily come back! As a highlight, outside of your window there's a view to the cute little puffin!

Kitchen was full of kitchenware, spices, sweets and food for breakfast. Lots of books, boardgames, guitar to play and so on. This is one of 2 best places in Vestfirdir for a romantic stay.

I spent only one night at this guesthouse, but I had a really great time. The position is excellent in the middle of the town with a wide space where to park the car. The room was clean, cozy and had plenty of space; the same for the living room where you can just sit on the sofa or the armchair and enjoy the view. There are three bathrooms, two of them with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. Additionally, it was very easy to communicate with the host, who promptly gave instructions about the check-in. I highly recommend this place if you're travelling around Snæfellsnes.
