The bathroom was nice with a very hot shower. The room even had a tiny fridge for drinks and an espresso machine. Outlets next to the beds were very convenient! The location of the hotel was about a 5 minute walk to the city center and a 10 minute walk to Sassi, Matera. There was a parking garage around the corner about a 2 min walk away which was also extremely convenient. Very pleased all around with this room!

The hosts were helpful and suggested a good parking place close by.

This place is strategically located half way from the Matera central station on the downhill way to the city centre, in five minutes walking distance to both places, with everything you may need for your stay easily reachable on foot. It looks like the apartment in the residential building has been rebuilt to serve as an interesting concept of a mini hotel with a couple of comfortable, pleasant and quiet rooms, and the common space with the front desk and a small dining area, offering the free access to coffee/tea machine around the clock. The staff provided the luggage storage and texted us as soon as the room was ready, which we appreciated very much. If we find the time to visit Matera again, we'll definitely book this place again.

Room was perfect and window opened to a private courtyard if you wanted fresh air at night. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful.
