The location of the apartment is excellent 10/15 minutes away from Napoli Centrale by bus or metro and 15 minutes walk to the city centre.

Close to restaurants, bars, shops & attractions Directly opposite the Toledo Metro which makes it very easy to get to from the main train station and also to reach all other parts of Napoli (which I would suggest walk it, cause there is so much to see & explore) Great communication leading up to our stay & Isabel was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious & clean. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Breakfast is very good, both savoury and sweet. Will definatly stay here again when in Naples. At the bed and breakfast, the units are fitted with a private bathroom. We really liked the room – everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and there is also a beautiful terrace and a small kitchen available for all guests to use. The location is great – just a 5-minute walk from the train station and about 20 minutes on foot to the city center. In the room, we had access to coffee capsules, water, juice, several croissants, and muffins, and everything was restocked as needed during our stay. Overall, the room was excellent and offered great value for money.

The hotel itself seems to have some sort of partnership with a larger hotel on the other side of the building for it's management and so they give out the key and kind of manage the coming and going of guests which is interesting...no issues at all, all smooth. Toledo Boutique Rooms is set in the Spaccanapoli district of Naples, 2.9 km from Mappatella Beach, 1 km from Maschio Angioino and 1.1 km from Naples National Archeological Museum. They went far beyond my expectations! The room was super clean — honestly, cleaner than I ever expected in Italy. Everything was spotless and felt fresh. The service was the best I have ever had. The staff gave me all the information I needed, explained everything in detail, and were always available for any questions or help. They even showed me where to go and what to see, depending on what I like. And the best part? They think ahead for you. Before I arrived, they sent me all the access details. When I checked in, they shared a picture of the codes so I wouldn’t have to search through messages. On the first morning, they even sent me a good morning text with recommendations for great breakfast places. Truly amazing service! I highly, highly recommend this place!

I traveled alone - as a single woman and felt extremely safe. There was a lock to the building, a lock to the floor and a lock to the room. Very safe! The staff was friendly, and above all the room was clean, modern and with great functioning air conditioning. And even 2 bottles of water in the fridge which were very appreciated. Another bonus was to receive a whatsapp message from the owner with links to nearby restaurants as well as a link to local attractions. I also liked that the owners and the staff made it easy to reach them if I needed to. (which I didn't because everything was great!)
