I liked the bathroom as well !!! The b&b is just near the famous Doumo Di Sant Emidio,the protector of Ascoli Piceno town,and the protector of the earthquakes. I participated at La Quintana,la festa di Sant Emidio. It was a unique experience! Three celebration days! Who else than not the Italians can warship so beautifully their ancestors!!!❤️ All in all the b&b was spotless! I recommend it to anyone who want to have a nice and quiet stay in a gorgeous town! Patient and kind staff, even with the language barrier; they were generous in offering to drive me to the train station, the basilica, or the coast. No complaints about the accommodations and quite good breakfast in the morning. It wasn't to long of a walk to the basilica.
