Right in center of town, but windows faced away from foot traffic so balcony and rooms were very quiet.

Excellent breakfast and service, Nicola super nice and friendly manager who gave us helpful advices. Well located, only half hour to Perugia, 40 minutes to Assisi which is very worth visiting. Marsciano, only 10 minutes driving also offers excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this place and I would love to go back there again.

The owner was a delight and very helpful in regard to my questions l had. Communication was also of high quality through Whatsapp.The facilities are clean and very tastefully done.
