The place could be a little hard to find but Miyuki picked us up at the station and it turns out there's an easy 15-minute walk to Suda station that's not on Google maps. It's a semi-rural setting and quite peaceful and was a great base for us for a day at Koyasan. The facilities were very modern and spotless and Miyuki's breakfasts were wonderful. Highly reommended, if the location suits you (as it did us.)

Great location within a 10 minute walk to the train station that will connect you to many wonderful places. The accommodations are comfortable and public spaces inviting. Be sure to include breakfast - while a continental breakfast is available the traditional Japanese (our choice) was tasty and filling.

It is located 12 km from Nara Station and provides luggage storage space. Nippon Christ Kyodan Shijonawate Church is 32 km from the guest house and Shijonawate City Museum of History and Folklore is 32 km away. This was the most calming, beautiful and clean guesthouse! We only stayed one night and when we got to the house we were so sad we didn’t book longer!!! The host is so kind and clean! Our room was amazing, clean, the toilet and bathroom are modern - it’s a traditional but modern and warm house - and I loved the common area/living room. Everything we needed was provided, from tea to towels. It’s a great location for exploring the lower, less touristy parts of Japan, but simply beautiful!!!! shares Nara. Time to slow the pace of our journey a but and take it easy. Hiro-san and the team are very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are super clean and lovely throughout including a handy kitchen in the communal area. The room is one of the largest I’ve stayed in in Japanese hotels to date. Very much appreciated and just a 7-10 minute walk from the Kintetsu Nara train station. Wonderful! ありがとうございました🙇🏼‍♂️✨

The hosts were very nice and kind, and we were happy to be able to see the morning ceremony. The hosts were also very accomodating, and they picked us up at the station and brought us back when we had to leave.
