This small hotel is very clean, comfortable and the location is perfect. Quiet but close to restaurants and beaches. The hotel staff (three people) are super nice! Those are the kind of people you always want to meet when travelling. Northern Malta (Mellieha) is the place to be: Nice beaches and just one hour away by bus from Valletta and Mdina (highly recommended to visit).

For the breakfast alone I would give this review an 11/10 or 12/10. The experience was breathtaking. You get a choice between 3 breakfasts: English, Continental, and Omelette. The host does an amazing job preparing the entire breakfast, along with the delicious fruit salad with exotic fruits. The breakfast experience is on a rooftop with a magnificent view of Marsaxlokk. It's certainly a memorable breakfast! Otherwise, the location is great, you're right next to the town market. It's not that far to hike to the nearby fort to the south or to the famous beaches to the east. The room is quite clean, modern, with a nice, warm shower. You don't get a key, just an access code that works on the front door and room door, which is convenient. The A/C and the wifi were also working fine.

At the bed and breakfast, units come with bed linen and towels. This guesthouse is centrally located in Marksaxlokk, just steps away from the harbor and all the restaurants. It's an easy 10 min ride from the airport. The room was spacious, modern and updated, and I had a beautiful view of the sea out my window. The rooftop pool is small but very nice for soaking in, with gorgeous views. There are plenty of sun loungers to lay out on. There are also multiple decks in the building you can sit and relax on to enjoy the view. It feels very safe and welcoming for a solo traveler. It is also close to the bus stop. The breakfast was decent with a selection of juice, coffee, cereal, toast, meats, cheese, veggies, yogurt, and fruit.

Bonaci Boutique Hotel is set in Sliema, 2.6 km from Love Monument, 3 km from Portomaso Marina, as well as 3.5 km from Bay Street Shopping Complex. It is situated 1 km from The Point Shopping Mall and provides a lift. The property offers soundproof units and is located 300 metres from Fond Ghadir Beach. Everything was very nice amd clean. And the staff was very warm and attendive.
