Clean, the kindest hostess (Stellina = amazing) , location, materials (luxury soaps, linnen, beautiful interiors), shower, bed, quiet made an effort to provide vegetarian breakfast: this is what hospitality should be like. I look forward to staying there again and super curious about the attic which is currently being converted to a luxury space for guest. I would love it if in the future they could add a room available for people who can’t do stairs so I can take my parents there.

This recently renovated bed and breakfast is located 36 km from Borussia Park and 37 km from Kaiser-Friedrich-Halle. The property is non-smoking and is situated 38 km from Moenchengladbach Central Station. They both were very nice and friendly. Our room was very clean and nice. We found everything that we needed in the room, even a half automatic coffee machine. And we had a great breakfast in the morning. Their recommendations about the city were very helpful. Having a indoor garage in the city was priceless. Briefly, it was a great decision to choose that place.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Great location! The proprietors Olav and Brigitte were fantastic hosts. We rode our bikes on a terribly rainy day, and they assisted us with our baggage and even cleaning the bikes off too. The room was excellent - first class linens, and great bathroom products. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic too - we enjoyed a nice sampling of yogurts, meats and cheeses. We even got to sample several of the cheeses that Brigitte sells in her store. Arcen is a quaint beautiful little town, and La Dominette is right in the center. Wonderful restaurants are within a 50 meter or less walk. This is an outstanding B & B - one of the very best we’ve ever stayed in!!

Burgers' Zoo is 39 km from the bed and breakfast, while Hartenstein Park is 46 km away. Located right off the Pieterpad, this is an ideal stop. Very friendly and nice hosts. The room is attached to their main house, but with a private entrance and back porch in the garden. It’s very comfortable and homey and has a superb shower. Breakfast was very good and included extra bread and cheese for sandwiches for lunch on our next ride.
