The staff here absolutely go above and beyond to help with anything you might need! They gave us so many amazing suggestions for what to do while we were here, and helped us when we needed to get a few errands done. The A/C works great, and the beds are super comfortable! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Nizwa!

At the guest house, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. As it was low season we got a room upgrade to the double room instead of the twin room which was highly appreciated. Very nice room and perfect location from where you can oversee old Al Hamra. Nice rooftop terrasse to watch sunset/sunrise. Jebel Shams is just 1h 10 mins from here so can easily be done as a day trip. Owner was very kind and showed us the entire property. Around the house you can find some really cute goats.

View from the terrace is amazing and we liked the close distance from Birkat Al Mouz ruins. Breakfast and coffee was just great!
