The host was exceptionally welcoming, greeted us before the check-in time, let us leave our car after the check-out, very warm and helpful person. The apartment was very clean, very tidy, very comfortable, not too spacious but there was enough space for two to move and function without issues. In front of the building there is a small store with necessities, Lidl is also nearby, Tivoli park just around the corner.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment. The communication with the host was excellent from the very beginning. They were very accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in a bit earlier upon our request. The check-in process itself was incredibly smooth and modern; all doors open with a personal code, making it completely hassle-free. The apartment felt brand new and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and, while not huge, the layout is very smart and efficient. The large windows make the space feel bright and airy. There's a small but comfortable seating area with a sofa, and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking, including dish soap. A small supermarket is also just a few minutes' walk away. A really thoughtful touch is the TV, which can be swiveled to face either the sofa or the bed, and logging into Netflix was very easy. The location is a bit of a walk from the main city center, which is something to consider if you have a lot of luggage, but bus stops are conveniently close by. The big advantage of this location is the incredible peace and quiet. With the windows closed, you hear nothing, and even with them open, it's just some light traffic. Plus, you're only a five-minute walk from a beautiful forest, which was a huge bonus for us! The bed, though a bit on the narrow side, was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the room cool. The staff's attentiveness was also truly impressive. When we accidentally set off the smoke alarm while cooking, we received a call within moments to check if everything was okay. This shows how caring and professional they are.

Boasting a bar and views of quiet street, HIŠA PUTR is a recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Trzin, 11 km from Ljubljana Train Station. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. Room was spacious and clean, nice area, fresh air. The staff was absolutely amazing related to food and everything else. Very careful to our needs. One morning I got stung by a bee and they just went out of their way to help me. Deeply impressed by their generosity and kindness. This kind of behaviour fuels my faith in humanity. Thanks a lot for everything, I am super grateful! ❤️

Quite a boutique approach in the back yard of a mountain lodge. The room had all the comfort, the views were amazing and on top of this the restaurant had great traditional food (also pizza but try the ribs and the veal) at reasonable prices. Also Ljubliana's old city was easy to reach by car. And again, the staff was very, very nice.
