It is a deluxe houseboat with intricately decorated. Rooms were nice and clean. The bathrooms were very clean. The facilities in the houseboat were very good. The staff - Wasim, Same er and Sams were very friendly and catered to all our requests.. The food was very homely and tasty. The houseboat location is also great with very good views and away from the sounds of the main road but not far from gate 12. Mr. Goona took special care that we are ok. Overall a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

He gave us great recommendations for things to do around, and even took us to a few places for shopping. He organized Shikara rides not just for us but also our friends. The houseboat is very well located, very clean and beautiful. It is uniquely positioned on a corner, and thus, we had great view from our bedroom. The room was spacious, well-lit and tidy. We would definitely like to stay there when we are back.

It’s located in prime location easily accessible from main road and then a Shikara person took us inside the resort for Check In. Wonderful wooden room was allocated to us which I guess are newly built. Clean and tidy washrooms having 24/7 hot water,washrooms are very well designed. Host welcomed us with Kashmiri kehwa and arranged a Shikara ride to Vegetable and Floating market in early morning. We wish as we could have more time to spend there but time bounded as there was a flight for us to catch in the evening hours.
