Very close to the beach, new kitchen, new furnitures and the owner is just great. Markets, restaurant are 2 min walking distance. You can grill outside for a perfect group gathering and the yard is just amazing. We didn't need to use the AC thanks to the pine trees. Pillows clean and smelling fresh rather than the nasty, musty surprises you get in most hotels (a bugbear of mine). Both rooms air conditioned, smart TV and all the necessary amenities for a holiday home. Waking distance to the beach which is vitally important.
