A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

The location was awesome! You can walk to the metro, Vernissage Market, and Republic Square. There is a Carrefour right outside the building. If you walk up the street, you will also see Yerevan City and Zovq Supermarket. The apartment is equipped with things you'll need for cooking and doing laundry. They offered to clean the apartment on our 3rd day but if you don't feel like having people come over, you can also do it yourself as there is a vacuum cleaner and a broom in there.

We stayed in a family apartment with two bedrooms and were very pleased! Spacious, bright and all the necessary appliances, everything in excellent working condition. Very good room facilities such as the bathroom, sofa, table, chairs and kitchen and the view of the city and the mountain from the terrace is amazing! The premise has a unique design too. Staff is very attentive and always ensured we got on taxi because sometimes taxi drivers on Yandex had a hard time locating the guesthouse entrance. Private bathroom is good and beds are comfortable too. Note that the place is on a hill and it's advisable to rely on taxi to get around the city (depending on the time of the day, it cost us about 600-1000 drams per trip to travel to the city centre). I will definitely come back again the next time I travel to Yerevan, Armenia.
