A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

Tsouvik was an excellent host. Parking was a bit congested but she managed to get our car parked. She helped us to make our itinerary and told us the shorter routes. Though the location is a bit far from the city, it’s worth it. Highly responsive to messages. Would definitely recommend her place.

Everything- the studio was beautiful,clean and spacious & had the amenities required.Location excellent,a walking distance to sites and atm downstairs with convenience store next door. The staff were amazing, warm & welcoming & assisted with a shuttle & tour. The note before I left and WhatsApp check in was so heartwarming. I felt so comfortable and well looked after.
