We loved our stay here! The cabin was super cosy and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay as a family. The hosts are lovely and helpful. You are surrounded by a beautiful orchard and a short walk along a steam will take you to the nearby town. The 800 year old bridge is also only a short walk away. The freshly cooked food is delicious- including fresh eggs right from the chickens on sight. Our daughter loved playing with the kittens and there is plenty to do to keep a child busy and content. A really relaxing place to refuel and a great place to stay if you want to visit the nearby Noravank monastery, Areni cave and local wineries.

I felt immediately welcome by Karine and her lovely family. The room was nice with a clean bathroom. I especially loved the breakfast, it was so rich and tasty that I didn’t eat again until the evening.

The room was immaculately clean, with a spacious balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens – a peaceful, tranquil area. The hosts are fantastic. Always with a smile, fantastic food, and no effort is too much. I never felt so at home as here!! We decided to stay 3 instead of 2 nights because we liked it so much. We were driven around to see everything in the area, and stayed there as long as we liked, and did stops at family and friends of the host where we were welcomed like only Armenians can. This was our absolute favorite stay in Armenia, it is not luxurious but so hospitable! 10/10 would come again

Hidden gem between a village, amazing welcoming people. Felt like I was at a visit at my grandma’s. Delicious breakfast and dinner, freshly made Xorovats (BBQ) at the place and beautiful cottage to stay in! We even saw some beautiful exotic birds I’ve never seen before. Definitely recommend!!!

The balcony of my room offered a view over the Garden of Eden; full of fruit trees, grapes, and crowing roosters. The enterprising owners of Old Bridge also own a wine domain, a restaurant, and a wine tasting facility, overlooking their vineyards. Transportation to go there from the accomodation can be arranged and is highly recommendable Their wine is absolutely fabulous.

Everything was just perfect! Hospitable lady who welcomed us and accommodated us in a bigger room than the one we booked and this was a compliment from her side. The breakfast was homemade and so tasty, the room was extremely clean and the beds comfortable (the mattresses were brand new). Highly recommend the place to everyone visiting this amazing region in Armenia! We are grateful that we had the luck to meet such great hosts!

Don’t hesitate to book a room in Liviti, it is the perfect place to be. The landscape is fantastic, the room is very comfortable and beautiful with air conditioning. The owner and her family are the nicest and most helpful hosts we have ever met. The breakfast is gorgeous and the owner can also prepare an extraordinary dinner for you. She can book a taxi for you and a bus as well if needed. What a fantastic BnB!
