I had a delightful, beautifully restored room in this 16th century house,in an excellent location at the top of the Brenner. The Gatschers are great hosts, and their homemade products (ham, cheese, bread …) amazing.

The friendless of the property owners. I was given a hearty welcome. They owner’s conversed with me very openly. They had a very delightful dinner menu and a excellent breakfast with a large variety of food items that you rarely see elsewhere. What to say, just great, the house is even better than described on booking. built in a quiet but not isolated place with windows and terrace with wonderful mountain views , easily accessible. It is a house designed with respect for the environment, starting from the heating with radiant panels and a fireplace that as well as romantic creates a perfect warmth when it is lit. The services are completely manageable from home automation system, audio system in all rooms. Organic products for personal hygiene and in the fridge the necessary for breakfast, all organic. Perfect that there is no television.... No need. Last but not least Paul is a wonderful person who was available for everything you could ask for. We will definitely be back....

It was the cosiest lovely stay we had on our road trip accross Europe. We felt at home. The tap water is pristine quality and taste, and we slept very well, the beds were so comfy. Everything was so convenient: restaurant literally next door, beautiful walk around the river behind. Really a little gem and a lovely host family business. Would love to come back.

    The house is new and fully equipped. The beds were super comfy. The hosts were so nice and helpful. The house is located up above the village, there is a narrow road leading there, and the view is amazing. The breakfast was excellent and there is also an option for dinner

    Superb views from the room and balcony. Extensive network of footpaths and a local bus and train transport pass is available. It is family run and all the generations went out of their way to be welcoming. Extensive breakfast and the light meals available in the evening were ample and very useful as the accommodation is some way above the village. An excellent place to stay. Good bathroom. Lovely wild flowers when we stayed in early June, though worth remembering midge repellant.
