Jolanta and Friederich are lovely hosts, eager to help and provide advice. The unit is great: spotless, beautiful, comfortable and worth every penny. The house is located at a beautiful vantage point, overlooking the entrance to Ötztal and very close to the valley's main attractions (the town of Ötz, Umhausen, Stuibenfall, Niederthai, and Piburgersee) - a perfect location. In hindsight, our stay was too short. This is a great place to stay while visiting this part of Austria. Warmly and highly recommended.

Appartment is like home away from home. Sautens is beautiful and quiet town; easy to reach, perfect place to stay when you want to explore all of the ski places in this area. Ski bus leaves just next to your front door. If travelling by car, you have your own parking place next to the ski bus stop. Highly recommented by our family of four!

Super new, clean, modern, one of the best places we staid. Would Like to praise a very friendly and professional staff (reception and bar), really liked the SPA with pool, all services, large room, comfortable bed, design in general, smell, of course fantastic views.. I stayed for one night with my family and we were very pleased with our stay. The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable. The house was spotless and had everything we needed (you can make coffee or tea). The included parking was a plus for us as well. We went there to visit Aquadome so the location was good, a 10-15 min drive from the house. I would definitely stay here again.

    The host was helpfully with us. The villa is ok, but I expected more. The rooms are good and the beds comfortable. The view is incredible. Parking for 2 cars.

    Super friendly and helpful host, who went out of her way to look after us. Lovely balcony overlooking the village and mountains. Sparkly clean. Host changed towels halfway through the week. Short walk to bus stop - 5 minutes (8 minutes on way home as uphill). Bakery with great pastries and friendly staff a 4 minute walk (note not open Sundays). Mini supermarket 5 minute walk. Not much going on in Sautens itself, but buses every half an hour to Oetz and further on up to Solden. Open air pool 10 to 15 minute walk.
