    I had a delightful stay at this traditional guesthouse. The room was quiet and clean, there was a pleasant traditional austrian atmosphere in the property. It is conveniently located right next to all the services in the village. The breakfast was delicious complete with home made jams, organic tea and a wide variety of cheese and spreads.

    We enjoyed a lot our stay at the villa. It was very easy to access and we had everything we needed for our big group. The host was very friendly and caring. Thanks a lot Robert for hosting us. We definitely recommend this place.

    The apartment it's situated next to the Happy Lift and 3 minutes from Semmering ski lifts. Parking next to the villa! The host was very nice with us, waiting for us to handover the apartment keys in the late afternoon. The apartment was clean, modern furniture and the bunk beds were very comfortable. Room temperature adjustable between 18-26 degrees, very good heating system. The kitchen had all of the necessary accessories in order to prepare food. Billa market 1 minute far away from the apartment. We had a very good stay!
