I absolutely loved my stay at Strathalbyn Cottages. The place is full of character, beautifully kept, and surrounded by a peaceful garden that makes you instantly feel at home. The cottage had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and lovely thoughtful touches that showed real care. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the centre of Strathalbyn, with its gorgeous historic buildings, antique shops, and cafés. Yet the cottages still feel private and quiet, perfect for relaxing after exploring the Fleurieu Peninsula. The hosts were genuinely kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay longer. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended!
