Wonderful hosts, they showed us their farms, hens & garden! A great place to stay & relax, especially if you like living in the countryside and enjoy nature. The breakfast was simple & very good! Some of the live maps may show that the Schachen LU train station is about 23 mins walk, but the house is only about 10 to 11 minutes walk. So it is quite accessible from Lucerne by public transport as well.

We absolutely loved our stay! Mäggy, our host, was incredibly sweet and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The house was beautifully designed, spotless, and located in such a scenic area — every detail was perfect. The view from the balcony is amazing! Mäggy has thoughtfully prepared a printed booklet with nearby tourist spots and restaurant recommendations, which was super helpful. We truly wished we could have stayed longer. I also highly recommend taking a walk around to enjoy the charm and beauty of the surrounding villages. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Clean and spacious There are three rooms and one bathroom and I was worried it would be in use when I needed it but it’s totally fine and would recommend it as a place to stay

If you want to have a relaxing holiday, this is the right place as the location of the studio is heavenly. The whole area is beautiful, very peaceful and perfect for long walks in nature. The hosts were really kind, Yvonne was very friendly and helpful. We'd recommend this place to everyone and we hope to come back one day.

A nice little town with a great location for the hotel — the train station is very close, so it’s easy to get to places like Lucerne in just 40 minutes. I really liked it; it felt cozy and peaceful. The only thing is, I would have preferred a better breakfast, but that’s just a matter of personal taste. Thank you for a comfortable stay.
