Silvia was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, despite being next to railway. Breakfast was lovely. location was good. 5 minutes from city centre by train, which runs every 15 minutes.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Sachseln, Verena's Boutique Villa au lac is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the mountain.

Location-right opposite the lake with excellent views of the lake from our bed room window .Theatre room so we could connect to Netflix if we wanted .Supply of wines beers and snacks if we wanted -Hostess was really friendly and was more than happy to see to out every need .Couldn’t have asked for more .And it’s right opposite the station.

We have a nice host to guide us how to use the facilities. He also greeted us in person and treated us with wine and juice and …….We are so thankful to him. We made a perfect holiday next to the beautiful lake and got fantastic view. The panoramic lounge has been well maintained by the host with very clean windows. A nice little town with a great location for the hotel — the train station is very close, so it’s easy to get to places like Lucerne in just 40 minutes. I really liked it; it felt cozy and peaceful. The only thing is, I would have preferred a better breakfast, but that’s just a matter of personal taste. Thank you for a comfortable stay.
