Everything was exceptional, the best hotel we have stayed at in China. The hotel owner Isaac always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was extremely helpful in giving us all the information needed for visiting both parks. The hotel amenities were fantastic, the grounds and very pretty with an incredible view, and the rooms were super modern and clean. We loved the traditional Chinese breakfast each morning too, which was new to us but delicious every time. Thank you so much to Isaac and his family who made our trip to Zhangjiajie absolutley perfect, I would recommend staying here to anyone.

The best people ever run this hotel. They helped us book tickets, plan out our schedules for our trips, picked us up from the airport, helped us do laundry, the list goes on and on. The hotel itself is cute and well located near the East Gate of Zhangjiajie forest park and a 5 min walk to streets with many shops and vendors. Could not recommend this place enough for visits to Zhangjiajie forest park.

Very close to the scenic park and a 30mins drive to the Grand Canyon. Very nice rooms, large, hot water, aircon/heater. Great host, stayed here last year and he helped plan my day trip in the park. He speaks English.

The guy in charge at the reception so cool! , he was really kindly. He drop us to the train station and was so helpfull with the info we asked. Also the breakfast so good! He was the best of the experience there.

Carol was very accommodating, friendly and trustworthy! She gives you all the tips and tricks to get around the park in the most efficient way possible. The walk was also very quick, if you walk fast the gate is less than 5mins away. We had several problems during our trip but Carol was always willing to help us figure things out immediately. Can’t get this type of hospitality from many other accommodations. We really liked the food especially the beer duck it was amazing.
