A wonderful traditional cottage in a very convenient setting for exploring the local area. The facilities in the house are modern throughout, but with the addition of proper antique furniture and high-quality soft furnishings to give a lovely, homely and personal feel to the place. The garden is delightful and we sat out in it every evening to eat. The quiet location tucked away in a village away from the crowds on the coast and the A12 traffic noise was an added bonus. We stayed for 6 days and felt very much at home. We would certainly return. Many thanks!

The property is well located, the facilities are modern, the room we stayed in was well-decorated, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was 5 stars. And Ana is so welcoming, she looked after us, gave us some good tips about the region. We hope to be back soon for a longer stay!

Location was delightful - rural, very peaceful & close to foot-paths & coastal walks. We linked a trip to Orford Ness into our stay. We really enjoyed a most tranquil stay. The owner came to say hello whilst we were sitting in the garden but was in no way intrusive. We really appreciated the phone call from Coastal Cottages on the day of arrival, advising us that we could enter the property ahead of time & that there were no fresh supplies in the house.

    Greenacres is a beautiful holiday home, the property is well kept and the decor is lovely. The property has been well thought out, you can see the attention to detail. From the well equipped kitchen with tea/coffee and biscuits. To the towels and toiletries to the lovely private patio with a table and chairs and sun loungers with cushions. The location is perfect for exploring Suffolk. The host was very welcoming and attentive. Would highly recommend Greenacres and will definitely visit again.

    The location was ideal for us as we were visiting a family friend 5 minutes down the road. It is also very well placed for visiting Suffolk villages. Kelsale, down the road, is a lovely little village for a start. The patio garden was really safe for the dog who loved lying out there in the sun. We also enjoyed eating lunch out there one day!
