Wonderful location and historic building ..room was clean bed comfortable..we had onion rings for starter and steak for dinner with a lovely red wine 🍷 delicious dinner ..Arrived early The concierge/host Joe greeted us got us a drink and had our room ready ,he was dressed v well ,professional and friendly, this property is fortunate to have a staff member like this ,Kat was also very nice and helpful ,could not fault the service, grounds and ambience..thank you.

Wish we could have stayed longer than one night to enjoy the property more. We needed to stay in the newer part of the city, and the location was very good. Loved how large the apartment was - it seemed like a tardis inside - lots of new areas to discover and a really comfortable and cosy vibe. Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms and storage. On a main road but felt private and cosy.

It was such a treat staying here for 4 nights on our first trip to Edinburgh from New Zealand. So spacious and felt like a real home with space for 3 adults. Excellent location, close to bus stop so getting into the central city was easy. Great cafes, restaurants and lovely shops just at the end of the road. Extremely well appointment flat with a beautiful garden to enjoy.

    We really enjoyed our short stay in Justina’s caravan 😍 We felt there like at home. The caravan is really beautiful with so many homely touches. The place is nice, cozy and spotless clean. Communication with the host was a pleasure! Justina replied to all our queries very fast, she was very helpful and kind. We also enjoyed swimming pool and the big playground. The trip to Edinburgh was easy and pleasant. The bus no 26 took us straight from the Seton Sands Holiday Village through (Edinburgh city centre) Princess street to the Zoo 🤩
