The staff were lovely. The cafe and tearoom were gorgeous, named after Dolly the famously cloned sheep! Wow! Situated just 2 minutes walk fro Rosslyn Chapel, it was ethereal and beautiful. Pentland hills easily accessible if you have your own transport. A great location with city and country equidistant. Very comfortable beds, super clean and tidy. I don't think i've ever seen a larger television!
