What a welcome from our lovely host Mary - we stayed in the lovely garden room, which was beautifully decorated with all the necessary facilities. Complimentary croissants were baked and left for us in the morning, what a lovely extra touch.

Absolutely loved the view and the whole vibe, such a tranquil comfy place, very clever use of space. The drive up to the loft is beautiful, your Border Collie is super cute, kept us on our toes driving up 😂😂 it has everything needed in the loft, perfect for a break and get away to a quiet space. WoW!!! Where to start?!? Paul and Nicki are the owners/hosts and they are just brilliant. Attentive, helpful, funny, and a blast to talk to. We had many questions on where to tour and they gave us endless recommendations and advice, all of which were spot on. Nicki makes home made cakes for you to enjoy while you are there. The room itself was large, well appointed, and comfy. But the best part of the inn was the library. It was like your own large living room at home. Complete with books, games, and a bar! breakfast was the best we had in England. And it was always served with a smile! We loved it so much , we actually booked an additional night. The inn is ideally located. Just off the main street through town but less than 5 minute walk to all the pubs, shops and restaurants.
