Very homely feel, location is ideal as well. The vicinity is quiet and tranquil. Home is kept very neat and tidy and excellent. I travelled around Ireland and this was the most homely feel amongst all my stays. Owner is also responsive when communicating and very kind to accommodate a last minute guest with reasonable additional cost. Beautiful home.

Fabulous stay in Lough Rynn. We visited for a family wedding in Lough Rynn Castle and Vincent exceeded expectations. He greeted us at the home on arrival. The house was clean and warm. Vincent had heating timed for our return later in the night. Fridge was also filled with food for breakfast the next morning eggs milk bacons toast cerals fruit etc everything you could have wanted. Could not recommend this home enough will definitely be returning.

The property was really comfortable, and was so warm. There’s a couple living there, they are really nice people. Me and my friend we didn’t have car, and they drove us to our SPA day, because there’s no Uber there. They are lovely.

The Townhouse felt very warm and inviting as soon as I entered and I was welcomed by the lovely owner, Kathleen. My room was comfy, spacious and perfect for my stay. The location too was great as St Patrick's church; my grandparents final resting place, food shops, a windmill and bars to watch the Irish six nations in were all within walking distance. Also easy to get the local bus outside. There was also a sumptuous choice for breakfast daily, which was absolutely delicious. All the staff I met were kind and helpful and allowed my elderly aunt to visit me as she was passing through the area. I'm so grateful as I'd not seen her for around 15 years!

    The Brandywell is a lovely friendly place to stay. We had a family room booked. Jo the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a lovely lunch upon arrival and the breakfast the next morning was freshly cooked with a great selection of coffee too. The room was spotlessly clean with a great shower. Dromod is a gorgeous little village with a lovely marina. Thank you to all the staff at The Brandywell, they are a great team of customer focused staff.

    A quality place in a lovely village. Brilliant staff who are good craic. Breakfast is fantastic and included in the room which was great. Food in general is very good and the portions are very generous! Nice pints served in the bar too, good creamy Guinness. All in all a great place and I highly recommend it.

    The house is immaculate and peaceful despite being on the edge of the village. I loved the peace and quiet and the proximity to the nearest pub and restaurant. Maria, the host is so welcoming and friendly and that was a massive plus for me. I will definitely visit again. It was my 2nd visit !

    This cottage is in a beautiful location. So peaceful and quiet, no noise disturbances at all. We were within a short walking distance to the restaurants/pubs in this immaculate village and a short driving distance from Carrick-on-Shannon.
