The location is great, the whole town centre is within walking distance. It also offers parking for guests. It's a very peaceful neighbourhood. The host was super kind and helpful, she had good suggestions for activities by season. The rooms were spatious, cozy and clean. The breakfast was very yummy with a nice choice. Lovely place, cosy, warm, spacious, nicely furnished, situated in quiet, peaceful surroundings. The kitchen was large and well equipped, the beds very comfy - we slept very well and felt at home here. The owners were very friendly.

    Very friendly welcome, able to have cuppa when I arrived. Beautiful newly finished house and interiors.... bedroom beautiful calming space.....huge en-suite. Great location near Shanagarry village and on doorstep of Stephen Pearce pottery....few miles only from the sea at Garryvoe and other beaches. Lovely continental breakfast in my room on the dot of time requested. All in all a lovely experience....and lovely hosts...the icing on the cake. I highly recommend Ashlee Lodge.
