Holiday Rentals in Pahalgām

Firstly- this review is out of pure love and appreciation for the experience I had. Me and a friend stayed here for 2 nights, 3 days. Place: The location is FANTASTIC! i think the best there is. River in front of you, hills, very sweet garden, super clean and comfy- 24/7 hot water - But the best was the Owner - Azad . Owner: Azad Bhai was earnest, helpful and well intended - beyond what my urban mind can imagine. He wouldn't interfere, was very respectful - not pushy at all unlike what i experienced in Srinagar. He even helped our other friends find a place - and you knew this was a person you can trust. Food: The food was simple, healthy, warm and happy. I wish there were more vegetarian options - bit what I had was delicious. Best bit: The best bit was that on asking, Azad Bhai linked us with a treasure of resources: food, trek guides, taxis- the walnuts, saffron, almonds - none of them were because he got a cut - but to filter the mediocre quality ones. I am so thankful to have booked this place- we actually left feeling a sense of belonging - I learnt that business can be done in a humane manner

HOTEL OWNER IS REALLY HANDSOME

We had a brilliant stay at Bente's Lodge. Spectacular location with a view of snowcapped mountains and small streams from rooms. Rooms are spacious, with clean bathrooms and bed heater. The location is peaceful and secluded ( Tip: Google location is not accurate. Better to call the owner from the petrol pump at Pahalgam. They offer free ride to the property. This is recommended even if you come with your own vehicle). We enjoyed short walks to the river bank through the valleys. They have simple and delicious food offerings. The owner Jamshed is very cordial. They arrange for day hikes around Pehelgam with guide. We certainly hope to come back here.

This is located at very convinient location. staff was courteous and quite accomodative. Complimentary breakfast was good. Host junaid made our stay excellent.

The stay was truly delightful! The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable ambiance. The highlight was the bed warmers, which made the experience exceptionally cozy and relaxing. A special thanks to the host for his kindness and humility. His warm hospitality and attentiveness made the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for going the extra mile to ensure a wonderful experience!
