Great location, beautiful scenery and a very spacious cottage. The hot tub was the icing on the cake especially watching the aurora whilst sat in it 🫶🏼 the cottage was lovely and clean and had everything you could possibly need (dishwasher was a great bonus) we can’t wait to go back and will be recommending to all our friends and family. The property is I believe in an ideal location for the traveller who wants to do his own thing. Very well placed for drives out to geysirm, gullfoss and drives out to popular northern light hotspots Property is clean, very well priced in my opinion considering Iceland prices. Wifi was great. We had an amazing 4 nights at Guest House Svetlana, and it was the perfect location for us to explore some different areas of Iceland that we had not previously visited. The property was perfect in every way, and we were very sad to leave, as felt so at home. Svetlana and her husband were such amazing hosts and always went above and beyond. The kids loved playing with Stella (their dog), and we will 100% be back to visit again in the summer :)
