We recently had the pleasure of staying at this bed and breakfast, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Andrea, the host, made us feel incredibly welcome. His attention to detail and constant care, offering a variety of food, drinks, and snacks, ensured we were comfortable and well-fed throughout our stay. One aspect that must be highlighted is the sheer beauty of this place, which the pictures simply don't do justice. The elegant décor, cozy ambience, and pristine surroundings combine to create an experience that is both luxurious and homely. The location is nothing short of spectacular – you are quite literally living on the beach. Waking up to the soothing sound of waves and the tranquil views of the sea was a daily delight. This idyllic setting, coupled with the B&B's charm, makes it a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This delightful haven in Cagliari has now become our new favorite place, and we are eagerly anticipating our return. Our heartfelt thanks to Andrea for making our stay not just a trip but a memorable experience. His warmth and exceptional hospitality have left a lasting impression on us. See you soon!

Exquisite Italian design with a priority on comfort. The hosts clearly have made this listing a labor of love. The rooms are bright, spotless, and spacious. The garden is Mediterranean horticulture in abundance, designed and planted by the owner, and there are beach clubs right across the street on the most famous beach in Sardinia. Surprisingly nice and spacious and tastefully decorated apartment. A selection of delicious Sardinian cookies awaited us on the table in the kitchen, and a cold bottle of beer for each of us in the fridge. Quality shampoo, shower gel and much more in the bathroom. Everything for the first breakfast is available in the kitchen. Bread rolls, coffee, tea, oil, sugar, salt, jam, salad dressings. We fell in love with the big and beautiful palm tree while drinking our morning coffee and watching the stars in the evening. Thank you to everyone who takes care of the guests' well-being!

Silvia the host and she immediately made us feel welcome. On the day of arrival she messaged us with all the details we would need for our stay here. Then throughout the stay she was always available to answer any questions we had. The property itself is really nice it had a good size swimming pool, a breakfast room with continental style breakfast available in the morning and a water machine and coffee machine for use throughout the rest of the day. The room was clean and was cleaned every other day to a very high standard. Location wise it is about a 20 min drive to the nearest beach and about a 3-5 min drive to the nearest shop which sold a good selection of food and drink. It was about a 25-30 min drive into Caligari centre. Overall we were very happy with our stay here, so much so we are thinking of coming back again in the near future. As many of the other reviews state it has a very relaxed, warm and homely feel to it. I would definitely recommend!

Luca is a perfect host and helped us a lot with additional information. He was available at all times. The house is very clean and stylishly furnished, we felt at home right away. Nothing is missing and the kitchen is super well equipped, even basic food items are available. The location is very quiet, there are a few dogs in the neighbourhood that bark, but it didn't really bother us. It is quiet but still very well located, you can get to Cagliari and Villasimius quickly. There are good restaurants nearby, as well as shopping facilities, so a car is recommended. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great holiday.

The best hostess ever! She is very kind. When we got into trouble, she kindly helped us. The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. She put wine and juice in the refrigerator for us, she also prepared chocolate bars for the children... Everything was perfect!

    The villa itself doesn't serve breakfast but there is a place called Green House where we got discounted breakfast. It has the best coffee in all the places we've been to in the area. We also found a really beautiful beach just a few minutes from the villa, it's called Cala Regina. The hosts Massimiliano and Valeria were very nice and helpful esp with places to go and they were also very accommodating.
